• All participants are in a harness at all times.
  • We have never had a claim, or safety issue.
  • All safety equipment is checked before each event.
  • All Thrill Mountain instructors are certified.
  • All climbers are strapped into a harness and tied to a physical person via a static rope. Never cable or mechanically belayed, ever!
  • This is all that we do. We are one of the best in the business!
  • Up to 4 people climb at a time, with one climber on each side.
  • An average time to climb is about 20-60 seconds.
  • We can accommodate up to 200 climbs per hour.
  • The minimum age for climbers is 6 years old.
  • We have harnesses for all weights and sizes up to 300 lbs.
  • Because most bookings occur evenings and weekends, we highly recommend you book as far in the future as possible to guarantee availability.
  • A certificate of insurance can be provided at any time. Events are covered for $5,000,000. Please contact us for more information
  • We usually arrive up to 60 minutes before the start time, or earlier depending on location and access details.
  • The first 50% of the total sale (the deposit) is non-refundable.
  • All bookings and sales are tentative until a deposit is received, we will not guarantee your booking/sale without one.
  • Event Cancellation :
    • The balance payment is due within 14 days prior to your event. If you cancel within the 14 day timeframe, we will gladly issue a rain check and it will be valid for 365 days, depending on availability and is non transferable.
